We have created this website to share information about individuals’ experiences practicing Bound Lotus, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He taught the specific techniques and benefits of holding the posture over an extended period of time, for up to 31 minutes daily.

This website is not meant to substitute classroom instruction, which is very important and necessary prior to practicing Bound Lotus. Please consult a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher when starting with this practice.
